Using Bluehost Web Disk

Just started using Bluehost’s web disk, so far it seems useful. It was a nice surprise to see instructions for Linux/BSD along with Windows and Apple Operating systems.

The setup for the web disk on a MacBook running Leopard was simple. It consisted of a download and execution of compressed app. There now a nice little icon sitting on the desktop that allows access to the site. This may eliminate the need for using cyberduck, at least for this site.

Using web disk on a Linux machine looks straight forward, it requires the use of Nautilus or Konqueror.
Web Disk for Windows looks easy enough and will give it a go in the next few days.

Web disk may just be the way I access the site using any OS, and be able to fire up WeBuilder, Taco HTML edit, or Geany.
